How about a 72 x 160 ft LED wall?

The 72 x 160-foot LED wall at the center of the new Cowboys Stadium is certainly impressive enough when it's showing game highlights or concert footage, but no giant screen ever truly earns its credentials until it's been put to some real use: playing video games.

f***. that refresh rate is impressive for a screen that size

Imagine having an entire wall an LCD screen? But then you would need to make sure the room was a certain size so the wall would be the right ratio.

I've played on a huge projector screen before. A mate who sets up gigs for country music people "borrowed" a huge commercial projector and we plugged it in to an Xbox 360 and some pretty amazing speakers and played a bunch of games on a small cinema sized screen. The screen is no where near as big as that thing but you're only sitting about 3m from it and basically nothing else is in your field of vision.

Driving games were pretty cool, he'd stick the speakers behind the chair so the whole thing would rumble with the sound of the engine and with the view set to first person the only thing lacking was the G forces when going around corners or running head long into to s*** because I suck at racing games.

I went to Broncos game last year and was impressed with the video screens at each end. Got to sit in a corporate box and the food was outstanding.

Yeah I remember playing the xbox on a projector when it first came out. It was on a white brick wall, could hardly see s***, and couldn't get over the massive controller.

I don't think that would matter, you wouldn't want your video going down behind yoru furniture and behind the hat rack and s***, you'd want to adjust the picture to be wherever you want.

I dunno if the screens that great, i mean its great because its so massive but the setup of the stadium you have to be so far back anyway so you lose the effect of the size

I play xbox360 on a projector at home, its the best thing ever, i've been doing it for years! :) Takes up most of your field of vision, Street Fighter IV is awesome on it. (Match Fixer, hit me up for a game soon, wanna see how good you are with your new joystick)

But if you could get a whole wall in your house as an actual LCD or LED screen, that would be sweet.

As long as you could resize the screen easily like you can with a projector.

I read somewhere those screens weigh hundreds of tonnes each. Something stupid.

Not that good yet, haven't used the stick much at all because of all my uni assessments, but I'll definitely get into it.

I went to the Mario Kart Double Dash launch at Knox, where we got to play it on the 28 meter VMax screen. That was pretty cool ;)

considering how cheap projectors are on eBay (cheaper than replacement bulbs) it's a wonder more peeps aren't onto them.
