Why cant people make decent video players, youtube works fine, but some many others dont pre-cache stuff properly, cant pause to let it pre-cache, and when u scroll back it has to redownload the parts it has already played.

Are you implying that high budget pornographic productions exist? And if so, where may I procure these goods/services.

Also, since there was violence and sexual references in the clip, I'd suggest it would probably be rated M for mature audiences, so your title is wrong.
