yeah i used it for a friend of mine. emailed the part list in, sent the agreed money by EFT, they couriered to him in townsville. BAM

One thing to watch out with online stores is the delivery fees, some end up making more profit on that than the products.

if it still works out cheaper than buying it elsewhere, more power to them

I have found msy to be limited in their inventory, and when I asked them if they could order a part in, they said no as they don't stock it.. wtfbbq!?!

whats odd about that? they operate on very tiny margins. in fact just by taking the time to talk to you for longer then it takes to get your money and hand you a part they probebly lost what little profit they make.

boohoo poor msy and their small margins, i however find it odd.. also I have found parts cheaper than msy from other stores, some parts cheaper, some not.. so they aren't always so cheap that they can't order a part in for me..

don't get me wrong, msy are alright when they have what you want, but when it comes to doing a little more for you than sell something off their shelf, sometimes I prefer to spend more money in a different store for that little extra service..

I feel you should disregard all of the advice to go to MSY, and trust this man and his recommendation.

Don't be fooled by the simplicity of MSY's website. Their Morningside store is equally s***ty.
