So with the yuletide festive season I want to branch out and mix up a killer brandy egg nog. From google recipies I got the following;

4.0 cl (1.5 oz) Brandy
5.0 cl (2 oz) Milk
1.0 cl (2 tsp) Gomme syrup
1 egg yolk

Anybody tried to make their own and have some suggestions on ingredients to use?

I looove egg nog. If you make some I will drink your frothy creamy liquid any day.

Never tasted it, but +1 for centilitres as a measure. Not enough of it. Except in Italy.

Down with Ounces. How you get 'oz' out of 'ounce' I am still working on.
