Hey all,

I'm not trying to sell anything here.

I am just wondering how others have gone about selling off their wow accounts. Is e-bay the go? Or is there something else out there?

Cheers in advanced

I quit wow ages ago when the lvl cap was 60.. never sold my characters pretty sure they are just sitting there inactive.

If you try and sell your account on ebay or any other popular site. Blizzard will most likely see it and lock / ban your account.

I think underground wow forums are the place to sell these things.

why would you want to sell a wow account?
wouldnt it be better to just buy a brand new one?

isnt lvl'ing up what the games about?

I can see how some people want to skip the whole levelling thing so they can just PVP / Raid.

Alot of people pay farmers to lvl their character for them too..

It's like when you go over your mate's house who has the new Sonic on Master System II, and he will let you play it, but not until he gets you up to the 'good bit'... f***er...

A lot of people hate the levelling game, and just want to get onto raiding.

ebay stopped it im pretty sure, it was the most legit way to do it back in the day, i sold a few on there for 700+

generally stuff like markeedragon, but there's so many f***ing scammers on it selling has become really tough, your better off just selling to some chinese farmers for less then what'd you get from going on a forum sale.

Speaking of WoW I never got to run UBRS so this morning I went thru LBRS and started making the key for there. Just need to go down to Duskwallow and finish it off. Anyway, is there a certain number of players you need for that place or can you solo it?

Rev, remember we all play WOW but we don't go around talking to people about it.

Espcially asking someone where to get the seconde key fragment from.....

You might as well walk into a room and announce that you are gay.

I have an account that has all three collectors editions - I'd be curious to know what that makes it worth. I don't intend to sell it, just curious.

A guy I used to work with paid for some rando online company (chinese) to get him 5000 Gold or something by playing his character for him. Which turned out great except for the fact that 2 weeks after getting all the gold his account was hacked into and all his gear and gold were stolen. Blizzard eventually got him his account and all his s*** back though... unfortunatly.

Well it looks like you need 3 people to activate a button thingy in UBRS, like in Uldaman, so I'm one guy short. God damn-it!

Cool Runnings...

I've got an old WoW account I wouldn't mind selling. I have NFI how much a 70 Hunter on Proudmoore with Kharazahn epics and s*** all gold would go for *hint*.

I never understood how noobs got their accounts hacked... wouldn't you change your secret question/password details after using a gold farming service?

why would u give the secret question to them in the first place, all u should have given them was the user name and pw.

but who would pay gold for a china to farm for them when u can just pay to get gold... fk letting a china on your acc

They banned selling accounts because you dont own your characters - they do.
