The pile of games on the review desk here at AusGamers is getting pretty extensive as we move deeper into the all important Q4 sales period. Today we're kicking things off with LEGO Batman: The Videogame, the latest in Traveller's Tales' LEGO platforming/adventure series starring everyone's favourite building blocks and some guy in a Bat suit. After the awesome LEGO Indiana Jones, does LEGO Batman have the chops to stand up and deliver, or is the formula becoming a little too tiring after so many iterations and updates? You'll have to check out our review for the full verdict. And be sure to check out all available media and info on our LEGO Batman: The Videogame game page. |

We got a 360 the other day and I bought Lego Star Wars II for my 8yo Son. He loves it and was so excited to get it. Like really excited.
I'm suprised at how good the game looks. I'll be sure to be giving it a bash. I suspect this one will be on Santa's list. last edited by mission at 13:54:57 21/Oct/08 |

as soon as I fired up LEGO Batman, I felt the tediousness of walking down the same path kick in far sooner than I'd hoped. Mostly agree. The feeling didn't happen right away but it did happen. It's clear then LEGO Batman is going to find its audience in people who've likely only ever glanced at, or played a small portion of, the other LEGO titles. Or hardcore Batman fans. Strongly disagree. I bought it because I enjoyed the past Lego games and wanted to enjoy this one in much the same fashion. |

Well, considering just how many past LEGO games there have been (and the subsequent length of them in terms of playtime), I was kind of referring to people that basically haven't played every single version and update L) |

If they cripple this for the PSP by removing multiplayer coop like they did Indy, they can bite me~!

And that's not the worst. It probably means that the developers haven't changed much but there have been some changes. Largely would have been a better word.
