Haven't been there in several years now, but the last time I was there, I was pretty bloody underwhelmed and unimpressed.

Techs didn't seem to know anything and all their s*** seemed way overprice (then again, I normally compare against wholesalers, but they're not open on sundays :()

I had a PC upgraded there ages ago as I cbfed doing it myself. They did a good job, and the price was relatively reasonable. When it broke under warranty though, it took them f***ing ages to fix it, and I mean aaagggeeesss. They had the thing for over 8 weeks, and when I explained this to them they said they couldn't give it back to me until they did some s*** with serial numbers on the warranty replacement motherboard from the supplier. I said that they can put their own replacement motherboard and RAM in there and give me my computer. They said that this would be no good because they might not get a replacement motherboard under warranty from the supplier. I told them to suffer, I'm coming to get either a functioning computer or my money back and the rest of my computer in 12 hours. I got my computer, and it's been ticking along nicely since.

Short story, don't bother.

Yeah these guys aren't the smartest bunch. I wouldn't recommend them.

For instance when dual core processors first came out they were advertising them at 6.4Ghz (2 x 3.2Ghz).
