I've been bowling a bit here in the states and I was thinking of buying a ball, bringing it back with me when I come home. However, I can bowl here for $1.50 to $3 a game and it seems, looking it up online, that most lanes in brissie want $6 to $13 a game (what the f***).
So what's the deal, is it really that expensive? I haven't been bowling in aus since I was a kid, but those prices are insane. Do any places offer cheaper bulk prices for games? |

Obes does quite a bit of glow bowling, he might be able to help you out.

Chermside is on the $6 end of the spectrum I think?
$10 for 2 games + hire or something, $6 extra game beyond that. Haven't bowled for a year or so. |
