Does anyone here play the DOTA map for Warcraft 3?

If enough people play it we should try and host a competition or something. Would be good to play online with people that a) Don't suck b) Don't quit and c) Don't lag.

On the very rare ocasions that I goto Lan's anymore (once a year or so) they usually involve some DOTA.
I was always better at Team/Tower Defence maps though.

Does Hamachi actually work well? Last time I tried it, it was laggy as s***.

I enjoyed DOTA... but battle net games were full of people quiting which sucked.

i used to play dota till i got to good and pricks left the games early so i could never start to have fun. but i might come on for a game sometime.

weird about having none. I'm guessing you don't get them for a while, seen as it's to stopped banned people signing back up quickly.

I've got a whole dota crew... about 15+ people who play regularly in brisbane, and more who are in queensland. We could probably gather up some more if numbers are needed. Some dota lan in the hols seems unavoidable :D

I still play Warcraft 2, never liked Warcraft 3, and then it turned into world of warcraft which I am glad to say I have never played.

Might have to give War 3 another go.

I'm up for some DOTA. But tower defense > DOTA

Either way, if there's going to be any dota played in lan, everyone should probably get familiar with the new heroes
