I'm looking for a wav file from a simpsons episode called The Canine Mutiny in which bart gets a credit card and buys all this stuff

the wave file should play 'YOU A WINNER HA HA HA YOU A WINNER HA HA HA' and I found it once a few months back but havent been able to find it since, if anyone happens to have it or a place which has it please let me know, its for a song sample im working on.

I've looked pretty hard and I even used google.... but I can't find it
