why pay for something which I've already played and gotten over, only with slighty better graphics, when I can get this for free?

faaark, now that is real war. s*** flying everywhere.

the models and s*** look so real its scary. so much detail on everything you just wanna stop to look at it all.

it raped my pc though, need upgrade badly.

i like the lack of health bar, it means you dont have to be constantly on the search for stupid litte health bottles.

i bought the original cod, looks like i will be getting cod2 aswell now

Damn it runs great, except for when it stutters and then stops and the sound cuts out, then is fine again. Keeps happening too and I can't find anyone else reporting the same problem.

Ran super smooth at 1280x1024 on my old school Raddy 9700. I have lots of cpu power though so maybe that helped out.

My thoughts are: this is going to rock, a lot. The graphics aren't that flashy, but they look *right*, and therefore make the whole thing really immersive. Sound effects and the feel of the engine are right on the money.

That demo was pretty cool. Very linear still. So many bits'n'pieces I wanted to jump over and it wouldnt let me.

It was a pretty fun demo, the game has all the cool amazing chaos and action that makes the COD games alot of fun. It would definately be worth playing the full game.

I was REALLY dissapointedin the graphics to be honest. That first video made it look amazing but in action it looks s***. I really couldnt see much of a difference between it and the other CODs. The models are all made of plastic which is more annoying than good and everything else just looks decent. Its not ugly as such but its no where near as pretty as the new day of defeat for example. I f***ing hate the font that they keep using too, its ugly as sin.

I thought it was pretty wicked fun. I'm a gameplay, not graphic man so it suited me perfectly. However it ran very well and looked gorgeous at the same time. Smoke grens rock.

and here is was thinking that after installing this demo it would be like HL2 or bf2; a major lag fest. But no it ran perfectly on my 1.4ghz T-bird, 256 ddr and gf4 ti4200. I was amazed. Yay!! a good new game that my computer can run :P

also i'm all for gameplay i don't really care much for graphics.

i also enjoyed it, however, i certainly didnt get the smooth performance that others seem to be talking about.

I was averaging 35-40fps @ 1280x1024 most options set to high, no vsync. My system is a mildly overclocked a64 3200 and 6800 ultra, it runs everything else very nicely so i was a little surprised to see how badly this ran. I guess ill put it down to some obscure gfx setting or a driver issue at this stage.
