Mate of a mate got his Corolla Seca Sx stolen at 2:30am last night right infront of his house in Mackenzie. The car was last seen heading up mount petrie road towards wynum (brilliant). There is a largeish dent in the front right qtr panel, it has a cannon muffler with a reasonable distinct sound. Registration number is 877BHW. If anyone ever spots the car contact matt on 0401094696 and call the police.

Hope he had insurance. My mate got his car stolen once and he didn't have insurance for theft. He was pretty miffed.

That sucks. Cars that get stolen by punk joyriders usually end up getting torched in the bush somewhere... tough luck for your friend...

f***, Matty got his car stolen? That poor bastard - that 7 we got on our uni assignment doesn't mean s*** when he loses his car. Shiiit, that really sucks. I will keep an eye out for it, has he reported it yet?

Skyhawk i dont know his last name but he's mates with andrew (colzie) and stevo.

Also yes he has reported it but he's doesn't have much hope.

Picture this. As the c***s drove off in it... matt's brother saw the car going down the road in the opposite direction and thought it was matt himself. He rang him up to ask him where he's going.... when matt answered the phone and looked outside at his empty driveway he knew he was up s*** creek.

i know its a bit late for this, but why would you not insure a car. any germ could do anything to it
that 7 we got on our uni assignment doesn't mean s*** when he loses his car
and the two are somehow correlated?

As in his happeniess of getting 7 was short lived cause he got his car stolen.

About the insurance thing, he's copped enough slack about that from other forums, he just wants his car back for now.

I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to mock and misuse the mighty rollas. And you will know my name is Booyah when I drive my rolla through your front gate and lay my vengence upon thee.

^ nice scripture Booyah.

And yeah, if you don't got insurance, you shouldn't have a car. The two do not live seperate. if you can afford a car, you can afford insurance, don't be a tight wad. Not having insurance is ASKING for trouble.

Booyah, does your mate lives around the Gainsborough Park Estates at all?
I drive all around that area and the surrounding suburbs and know a fair few dark allies where cars are left and sometimes torched when there stolen,i'll keep an eye out for you.

yes, yes i do (this is my car we're talking about). I usually park it outside my house on the lawn because theres already too many cars in the garage. I have no idea how they got in, theres absolutely NO evidence there at all. If someone finds it, PLEASE just make a little post here and say where you saw it, or text message me.

And for the insurance thing, I had planned to get insurance as soon as i could, but other things took priority like registration and a new clutch (which all up cost around a grand) and i'd like to see ANY student fork out that money and insurance cash all in a few weeks. I had planned to get insurance in the next few weeks but unfortunately i didn't get around to it.

Now if one more person says 'ooh, if you can't afford insurance you can't afford the car'. well for your information, i can't live without my car, so therefore, no car, no life. no insurance, i'm running a risk. theres always a good reason for things like this. dont just jump to stupid conclusions like "what an idiot, he doesn't have insurance" well some of us, as i said before, can't afford to get it as soon as we get our cars. yes i've had my car for a fair few weeks, but my expenses outweighed my income even BEFORE i got my car (actually it made no difference because feul consumption dropped dramatically).

Anyway, i dont need idiots rubbing it in that my car was stolen. it was my LIFE. everything i do, my car is there. everywhere i go, it was there. lots of good memories in such a short period :(

ull well, hopefully i'll get SOMETHING back...

How long have you had it? Ony a few weeks?

I would be checking the people you got it off for starters. Maybe they had a key. Unless you know them, just trying ot give some help

Hmm...i had heard,a while ago, about a mechanic who would duplicate the keys of cars he worked on,and would knock them off several days later. He eventually got done for pinching one too many cars, the police figured he was the link.
