Phatmike i would like to take this opportunity to comment that your sig is wrong. $121 is not much for the things you CAN get out of the guild if you so wish. Assuming your on HECS, which i would say you are. There are no out of ordinary expenses. You do not have to spend much on text books either, if you know what your doing, its no different to any other university.
so in short - your sig makes you look like a tight arse. |

anyone else tried it? what more bloat could i be looking forward to? I've been using it for a couple of weeks at uni. If I had a choice of another MSN client, I would not use MSN 7.5 anymore. |

msn 7.5 = some new games (Which require $$) and a new login screen (which, while being pretty kool, and a lot nicer than the old one, probably doesnt justify the new 9.1 mg download)
on a sidenote, has anyone noticed an increasing amount of tabs appearing in msn? i dont even know what half of them do :/ |

has anyone noticed an increasing amount of tabs appearing in msn? It's like adding a spoiler, bodykit and stickers to a petrol-hungry American SUV. |

I have this annoying bug with msn. Once i have the main window open that lists offline/online etc. I cannot navigate away from that window unless i close or minimise it. If i try to send new messages to someone, the new window opens but it doesn't show up unless i close/minimise the main window. The same thing happens with any other window I open including IE. So in other words the msn messenger wont go away! I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling with different versions . Still have the problem. Anyone know what teh fuk is going on?

on a sidenote, has anyone noticed an increasing amount of tabs appearing in msn? Check under the security preferences, there's an option to disable them. "I use a shared computer, so do not show my tabs" |

Ok just installed msn 7.5. Looks exactly the same except for the login screen with your display pic as well as being able to sign in while appearing offline or any other status(not sure if you were able to do that before). They included a shortcut to adding a new contact, an icon for recording some voice clip s*** and a few games that'll cost ya some bling if you wanted to play.
Hardly anything to write home about. |
