Do you mean the end of semester exam timetable? Normally after academic cut off dates (i.e. the end of the month).
If you mean mid-semester ones, my.uq has them now. |

If you log into sinet, there's a link for it there. All of my subjects haven't been put in yet, so I guess they must be uploading it or something soon.

but none of my classes are in yet. They're just running their algorithm to find the most optimal way to pack the most number of your exams onto the same day. Patience :) |

Your worrying about end of sem exams already? its only like week 9, and you UQ slcakers get a week off to bloody study. Over here at QUT, i get nothing!, the only gap i get is the normal gap between last class and next one.

Depends which faculty your in and the way the weeks classes work out, but most of the time i get no holiday. like i have mid sem week off, but we dont have "swat-back" like UQ, QUT has kinda of an unoffical holiday, it only happens depending on your circumstances.

Some programs have nothing to do in the swotvac week other than drink beer and tell their parents that they are studying hard. However, more and more programs are utilising swotvac as actual assessment time. In research or design heavy programs you often find that swotvac is utilised in critique/review sessions. In fact in some of the courses I have done swatvac is one with the most crazy levels of work. However, looking at QUT's central examination period, it appears to go for practically 3 weeks (31st of october though to the 19th of november). UQ's examination period starts on the 31st of october and carries though to untill the 19th of november (with the Oct 31st though to Nov 5th being swotvac). So, even if your point of view is true, that UQ gets a revision week, and QUT doesn't ... we get the same period of time overall. UQ students just have a more narrow band of time to do them in. last edited by typo at 18:02:37 13/Sep/05 |

Meh the week of before week 11 gives you plenty of time to study weeks 1-10. If you have studied all that, the rest shouldnt be that hard to keep up with anyway. What course you doing? |
