THE bad behaviour has already begun on North Stradbroke Island, with 20 youths in their late teens being evicted from Adder Rock Camping Grounds for unruly behaviour yesterday.

Four others were advised to leave the island after they harassed some girls at a resort on Saturday night.

But police said yesterday the worst was still to come with an influx of teenagers expected to hit the island today to celebrate"pre-schoolies".

Umm, I don't really care about what goes on over there, but I thought it was cool the word "shenanigans" was used in the topic. It would be awesome if Farva was one of the cops on patrol over there.

In the September school holidays a whole bunch of wasted punk schoolkids always hit Straddie. It's kinda the lead up to Schoolies and happens every year.

Yeah it's lots of fun, went last year. I'm going again this year but in the week after most of the school kids are there. <3 straddie

it's not a pre-schoolies thats just what the newspapers say to create more sensationalist crap. its just an excuse to go get f***ed up and do stupid s*** somewhere fun near the beach, good times all round.

Hahah you fail schoolies. Also, no it is not a finishing school celebration. straddie = holidays between term 3 and 4. always has been. never has been schoolies. It is just an excuse to go somewhere where there are lots of people, not many coppers and lots of space/beach to get wasted and do stupid s***. that's all changed fairly recently with lots of police, even more kids and less space, but apparently its still cool. now go back to your homo conspiracy thread.

I won my footy final on the weekend and half the team was at the manly hotel and the other half I was with were at the wellington point hotel on sunday. The wellington point hotel thought we were misbehaving so for some reason also called up the manly and the other half of the team got cut off, kicked out and then banned from the pub :)

Also someone was doing nude push ups on the clubhouse bar, fell off, landed on the cup we won and broke it, yeah that pretty much sums my team up heh

we were on the news getting fined for drinking in a public place :< only 75 odllars but


it was so bulls*** but cause we talked to these liquor licensing guys who said we can have a can open in public and as long as the police dont actually see you consume (i.e sip) it , you can't get pinged for it

so off we set eski and opened rum in hand, get pulled over n get fined

we told the cops that we'd just been told that argued for a while, got over it and just accepted it.

walking home later that night, nothing open in our hand, had 2 open rums in the eski we were waiting on the side of the road for our friends, same cops pull over and say

whos eski, so im like mine, and they open it and say by the act of police law power and responsibility or some s***, we have reason to believe you are about to commit another offence, so they poured out the 2 open rums, and the 12 unopened rums, and 4 unopened beers. we got pretty fkin cut and started yelling and theyre like if u interfere with my actions i will arrest u. fkin c***s they are

apart from that it was a pretty tame week. WAY WAY WAY weaker then last year anyway. there were absolutely s***loads of cops everywhere and heaps of ppl got fined.
