The dock's outdated - I barely use the thing. Quicksilver's where it's at. Ctrl+space, type the first few letters of the application and then hit enter.

Press the 'prnt screen' button on yuor keybaord... then open up MS paint (or other pics editing software) and paste it in.

Hemerage: It's 1280x854, widescreen proportions but you can probably just copy-paste the background pattern from somewhere else in the image. I'm at work at the moment, but I'll upload it when I get home
