Does anyone know any decent small NAS solutions that are simular to this?

Idealy I would like the below but cannot seam to find it anyware?

- ATA / SATA compatible for under 150$ (I know im dreaming right...)
- NTFS and FAT 16/32 compatible (dreaming again?)
- Ability to take a 400gig drive
- Stackable (I want to keep buying these over time and 'stack' them neatly
- Web based gui so anyone can administer it over the network
- Windows file sharing support (Samba. It will be used in an office environment)

What is not important, especially considering im looking for cheep nas
