OK here's the deal. I need someone to share my house at Kangaroo Point. I am going back to uni this year to do postgrad study and I also work full time. The room is fairly small, but the place is fully furnished. The room itself has a single bed and cupboard. If you were keen you may be able to squeeze a desk in there. Even so I have a bit of extra room on the enclosed verandah, but unfortunately this not adjacent to the room. I am looking at $70 a week but this is reasonably negotiable. As I am a student myself I would prefer another student but again it's negotiable. I have a big backyard and the place has everything you need; washing machine, tv, fridge, microwave, offstreet parking. The house is nothing fancy (don't think cos it's Kangaroo Point it's gonna be some highrise mansion!) but it is definately livable and I am gonna be working and studying a lot so it should work ok. I don't really mind whether you are male or female (obviously hawt supermodels will proceed to the head of the queue) as long as you are reliable and relatively normal.

Oops, forgot to mention the most important bit (at least for QGL peeps). I have an Optus cable internet connection which is available to share plus (though I would doubt it would apply to anyone here) I have a spare computer which you can use. Of course if you prefer you could always hook yourself up a dial-up connection..

As for the partying, well I am a black belt partier from way back, but unfortunately I will more than likely be studying too much this year. I need someone reliable and not too insane, but mild parying is fine. Just not 50 people recovery parties with burnouts and kegs of rocket fuel and wall-to-wall puking and nude female jelly wrestling....hold on a sec, ditch that last part...
