It was pretty poor having only one campaign side in the game, still looking forward to a expansion.

Guard is where its at

Weren't the imperial guard those s***kunt little soldiers who I usually used as meatshields in the single player campaign? The ones that can reinforce their squadrons to like 15 guys but are only really good for slowing down the enemy while your real army got there? Why would I want to play as those s***kunts?!?!

Still, Dawn of War was one of the most awesome RTS games I've ever played, so an expansion is still good news. Why couldn't they have added some funky cool new race instead though :(

The IG are all about guns, and how many you can bring to the fight, with uber tanks of slaw. Theyre just ordinary humies fightin' for the cause.

I hope the expansion is cheap, the original game really didn't feel long enough to justify paying $90 for :(

I used to play IG in the actual game, its all about tactics! Also, it scares the crap out of an inexperienced player when you put 10x the number of models on the board as he does.

that's why when i was playing, i tried to make up my 3000pt army with as little pieces as possible....

Im currently putting together my 6th and 7th armies at the same time....Ultra Marines and Sisters of Battle.

Yes, IG are definately about the most expensive army to play :p Also, Ultra Marines Tanaka? I just lost all respect for you :p

I chose to play fantasy instead... no way in f*** i would collect 2 armies, even though i do have a 1k tau army.

I only started them because of all the new Ultramarines models that are comming out.I also have a Space wolves,Black Templars,Tau,Chaos Marines,IG (Catachans),and my Sisters armies.
