Google is sending a lot of people our way at the moment to download Das Roboss, a new mod for Half-Life 2. From the official site:

Combine forces are constructing a ginormous robot code named "Das Roboss". You must infiltrate their uber bunker and stop this madness. The fate of the world is in the balance.

Download it right here from AusGamers Files. Not wanting to steal any thunder from that mod, but there is also a CTF Mod under development, the alpha of which is also available.

Just checking out the official site and the screenies look like ass.

Also, is it meant to be single player or multiplayer? If you click on the info screen on the site (which is terrible) you get a picture of the nerd who made the thing. Doesn't say what type of game it is.

One of the screenies had two german soldiers so I figured it could have been a single player game.

From the W to the T to the F. WTF??

I downloaded the avi from the official site and cant see any teamplay or any form of "gameplay" at all.

I'm sorry if my site was confusing. I didn't see any point in making a new website for Das Roboss so I just added a page onto my portfolio site. I hope you got a chance to play DR even if the shots looked like ass.
