Such a terrible search function!
Just wanted to list all the WoW threads and I get that annoying 3+ letter complaint.
Why 3? Why not 2, trog?

Go into forum options and increase the number of topics per page and then do the search.

You just gotta get creative!

would be good also to have the like parser include ,'s too (http://entertainment.news.com.au/story/0,10221,12102826-10229,00.html
) - and exclude ( ) undless after / and before the end of the link (eg blah.com/filename(1).ext)

same with ,'s, make them work as part of the link unless right at the end or beginning

For those that really care, 3 characters is the default for mysql full text searches. I have a vague memory of changing it a while back to 2 though and have just modified the search page to suit, so see how you go.

edit: doesn't work. the database tables need updating which is several hours of processing so I'll try and remember to do it early one am.
