qgl@qgl.org is to the admin list, this goes to all of us (Trog, Term, Me, Khel, Saint etc etc). trog@qgl.org goes to trog. However, if you have website/forum issues, email the list!
As you say, trog is a busy boy (as are a number of the admins), so you're more likely to get an answer if you email all of us.
