Irreverent comic duo Hale and Pace are heading down under for a national tour.

Gareth Hale and Norman Pace teamed up in the 1970s when they were studying to become teachers in the UK. Four years after qualifying they gave up their day jobs to perform on the cabaret circuit. As luck would have it, they were spotted by a BBC producer and so began their television career with programs like Coming Next, Pushing Up Daisies, The Young Ones and the Hale and Pace Show.

Famous for The Two Rons (or The Management), Hale and Pace’s other best known personas include TV presenters Billy (Hale) and Johnny (Pace), deadbeat cabbies Jed and Dave, money conscious evangelists Nathan and Jeremiah and the brainless Curly and Nige. Join the lads and their alter egos for an evening of uncontrollable laughter and hilarity.

i used to idolise hale and pace when i was a young fella

they seem to have lost funnyness over the years though .. .

I saw them in 2000 for about $45, which I thought was a bit high. $70 is f***ing ridiculous, especially since their live act is nowhere as good as the tv show. Save your money and watch some old eps on tape..

third row. 70 bucks aint s*** when you get to see 2 of the funiest c***s ever live. I don;t care i just want to see them

I was third row back and could spit on the stage. was right next to this c*** who got picked for a bit.. i was so close to being on stage... f*** that..

They did all the classis stuff. all the characters... was mad!!

Just curious, how big was the audience? Was it a sell-out?

32 seats per row for at least 20 rows.. so 32x20 = approx 640 people.

I was thrid row seat 32 at the end of the row so i assume 32 per row
