My favourite Mel Brooks movie is Young Frankenstein. Space Balls was good when it came out but the comedy seemed to have aged when I watched it a couple of years back.

yeah agreed rev, the cast is just awesome and the humour still gets me. It was also Gene Wilder's best movie imo.

Blazing Saddles & Young Frankenstein are about even I reckon. But yeah Spaceballs has really aged badly. I bought it on DVD for $10 a few weeks back and although it's occasionally funny it really needs updating.

Wonder whether he's gonna make a sequel (who'll replace John Candy?) or if it'll be a prequel?
