I haven't heard them... but IMO the winners have been s*** since Missy Higgins. She was the last good thing from Unearthed. How many bands won and what sort of music etc etc?

I'm pretty sure silverchair won an SBS competition that was supported by triple J. It wasn't actually Unearthed. Grinspoon were the first winners I am pretty sure and they arrived on the scene well after silverchair.
