PS: you can geta virgin credit card, the minimum income is only $16k and if you don't earn that piddly amount its prolly not a good idea to geta credit card :P

My main bank doesn't offer debit cards. My credit union won't offer me one unless I have my pay going into that account.

St. George require nothing, except it's a 6 dollar a month fee for the card
