Anyhoo my Aopen was like 150 odd when i got it, which is annoying!

edit: I've had mine for over a year now, its 40x12x48

my diamond data 32x12x8 is still cranking it out and its like nearly 3 years old

spook i got the same burner as u :D only problem is the motor or something is starting to fail and isnt opening properly. But is still going good after 3 odd years. To believe i paid $280 for it :(

i have got a sony 12x8x32x in my other pc have had it for about 3years now still gos hard, got it for about $200 at the time it was no special.

was there really a point making a thread about it? i mean cd burners are old as now. now if it was a dvd burner at an unbeleavable price, then i might , might might make a thread about it.!

I have a 4x8x scsi burner in my second machine, still works fine. But its so old it burns to records.
