I only have SSBM and Rocky boxing at the moment. Ordered Soul Calibar 2 today. Renting Metroid Prime tomorrow. Repaly value is the most important thing here, with good multiplay.

I'm thinking one of the following:
Madden 2004, F Xero GX, Zelda: The Wind Waker (I've never played a zelda game before), Timespliters 2, Super Monkey Ball 2 (heard good things about this game.

Any other idea's or opinions?

Id recommend zelda or super monkey ball 2 (depending on how many controllers/friends you have to play against).

Also if youre after zelda then id be happy to sell you my limited edition copy :)

(yes it says ONLINE but on GC you can play it offline mode so 4 people, granted you want a larger tv for this mode but its very good and quite addictive too)

zelda absolutely rocks...as does Metroid & F-Zero.....it's a tough call to make - I ended up getting Zelda last weekend when I had to make the same choice & haven't looked back since..

super monkey ball 1 and 2 are both excellent. my other faves are nhl hitz, mario party 4 and any of the fifa titles.

SSX 3 is also getting good reviews. Anyone played it on any platform?

GC pppfffttt .... the good gamez are zelda, metroid, rouge leader, f-zero racing ..... get one of them and you cant go wrong.

I just wish we had a video store that hired gamecube games near me - so many games I'd love to have a bash at, but the only way I can is to buy them (which isn't a great issue, cept for the whole lack of money factor :( )


Although, the next GC game I want to pick up is the Zelda bonus disc - I reaaaallly want to play thru the Master Quest :)

we just spent a few hours playing the new mario kart for gamecube

was seriously fun stuff, really brought back memories of N64 version - but with heaps of new cool features

4player was kick ASS haha,

gonna go and play some more lol, save ur pennies for this one - 15/November

New need for Speed looks awesome as well. Viewtful Joe as someone mentioned. Sooooo many good games comming out. I wan them all :(. First Nintendo Console I've ever had so I haven't played Mario Kart before either.
