I didnt think anyone could be so stupid! This just boggles the mind how they can think 3GB will be good for us. Then they look at the volume of complaint letters and instead of thinking it was a bad idea, they put a page up that shows just how far weve gone over the f***ing limit

It's as though they think getting rid of clients is their only option. I doubt any senior execs actually know what a router is.

less members on network = less mony for bpa

less money for bpa = more network f***ups

more network f***ups = less members on network

as you can see telstra is once again "making our lives easier" by switching us all to Optus.

I hope they go out of busniess and optus buys them and their networks out so EVERYONE can have optus, even those of u who can only get BPA.

Kane that isn't true:

less members on network = less cost for bpa
less members on bpa = no need to upgrade network
less network upgrades = save money

well said bg. They want all the leechers to go, they dont make much profit off them, they want all the ppl who use cable to check their email once a day and surf for 1 hr, telstra wud make a s*** load of this type of consumer.

the thing that pises me off the most is that we have to pay for 6 year old over-subscribed routers....

they can atleaast upgrade their routers, oh yer, that would cost money... but we'll end up paying for it anyway due to another worm hole in the contract

the sad thing about it, is optus aren't going to extend service (or i haven't heard yet of it)

if they did, telstra could pretty much goodunbye to 90% of subscribers :P:P:P
