I'm a quite well experienced player and have had a lot to do with clans and management in the past.

Usually i wait for a clan invite, but there's that many other peons playing CS, you have to make a pretty damn good impression for people to actually know you =)

Look for clan FD if you like, they're a new clan that'll be making their debut at qgl. They also have some solid players as well.
