G'day.
I'm not sure if this is the place to post troubleshooting posts, so if it isn't mods, please just drop me a pm if you have to move it. But this is my problem anyway. I can install afl live 2003 fine, and then when I try to play it, the intro movies work fine, until it starts loading up the menu screen. When the menu screen loads up, the monitor starts jumping, like it is set on a resolution that is too big for the monitor. I am able to get into the graphics menu (by trying to decipher what the text says) and change the res to 640*480 16bit, but that still does nothing. I've also tried changing my res in Windows to 640*480, 800*600, and 1024*768, (which all work fine) but doesn't change the game at all. I've got an xp1800, matrox g400 32mb, and 384mb RAM, and a 14" monitor, running w2k. Very annoying problem. |

There are only two things I could recommend. Make sure you are using direct x 8.0a or higher and the latest drivers for your graphics card.
Also, before starting a game you will need to disable light mapping from the "Graphics Options" menu. It won't work properly with your graphics card. Hope that helps! |

Unfortunately I've tried all those things.
