Topic: Daily routine?

Hmm... seems a LOT of people are able to rush straight into a topic after its started and put forward their opinions, comments, or stupidity, rather quickly.

I am just wondering, what constitutes a daily routine for you people? Do you work? Do you sleep til 12 then surf the QGL forums? What?

I mean, personally, I get up at 5 am, work 6:30 - 6 then go home again... and yes, I always have the QGL forums open in the background.. but... like the topic asks, what do you guys DO with your time?

Usually get to bed about 12, wake up at 7.30-8. Have brekkie, goto lectures, do some study, watch some movies, browse the forum.

Although, i really hate it when I get into 'too much' of a routine, you know, the time when everything is set out and you lose some of your adventure in life.

Thats when I like to try something different, like moving, travelling etc...

Well I work at different times during the day. Might be an open or a close. Do about 44 hours a week at work. When I'm not there I'm either here and drinking or out and drinking. Very exciting life.

damn Ember... seems your flatmates have a lot to thank you for.

Perhaps you should take a break from it and let them take care of themselves a bit hey? Just because you are a female, doesnt mean you should have to do all the housework.

Spend more time on the QGL forums! *grins*

apparently it doesnt matter how many hrs of sleep u get unless u get it at the right time...

for example, over xmas i was staying up till 2- 4am each morning and sleeping till around 12, sometimes give me more than 10 hrs sleep, and at the least, around 8... i did this for about 2 weeks and ended up getting uber sick.

its all about the amount of melotonin (?). you need a certain amount of sunlight to stay healthy.

Well if that's the case I must be an exception as I rarely have colds and only feel really bad if I get less than 5 hours in 24 hours.

I average about 6 hours a night and whilst I do feel tired at times, all I usually need is a bit of cold air or water and I'm pumped for another night. A lot of people I know sleep 10 to 14 hours a night! CRAZY! And I also sleep mostly during the day and I don't seem to notice any difference.

i wake up at 7:00am.
move my car from behind my gf's so she can goto work.
i then go inside have a shower and eat my 7 weetbix. (if this doesn't happen i do not have a very productive day of work)
i then leave for work about 8:15am.
i arrive and start work from 8:30am to 4:36pm having a half hour break most days.
i sit on irc and very rarely spend time on these lame forums.
when i get home i go straight to playing daoc for 2 hours (if i feel up to it)
then i sit on the share market for about half an hour checking out my options and how my contracts are going
then i make dinner at around 7pm while my gf watches that stupid f***ing home and away.
after dinner i shower
then watch some tv til about 9:00pm
then goto bed
10 hours sleep is what i need minimum during the week.
this happens monday to friday

weekend = drinking

routines are for drones, the prey ! the pure warrior spirit acts with precision based on local conditions !!

A good warrior knows one thing above all - he knows the routines of his prey. A warrior that is worth his salt has no routines. This is his advantage. He is not at all like the animals he is after, fixed by heavy routines and predictable quirks; he is free, fluid, unpredictable. In order to be a warrior you must disrupt the routines of your life.

I miss going to bed at 6-7am and waking up at 7-8pm.
you barely ever get to see the sun.
so sweet.

hahah
and there are those times when u don't sleep for 32-48hrs and u totally lose track of days. Then u go to sleep and it feels like u've slept for 2 days.
