I currently own a VL Commodore with group A bodykit and it's a manual. I've never driven an auto in my entire life coz i've only ever had access to manuals. I'm looking at getting a VN series II with sweet bodykit but the only downfall is that it's an auto. Does anyone know how to do sik burnouts in an auto? Cheers |

DOn't buy a VN you poof, your VL is a million times better. VN's are the s***test commodores of all time. ANd yeah what pumped full of pot said is right. You can be really harsh and stick it in neutral, rev it up a bit then drop it into drive lol but that will f*** you tranny pretty bad after a while :) |

Because it's more fun tipping fuel all over the car. And I'm not sure that throwing a match in the tank would work anyhow as there would only be fumes and no oxygen to help ignite it. I maybe wrong it's just a thought you can go out and try it on your car Ana.Lets us know how you got on ok. |

You can't in my car cos it has a long pipe to the fuel tank that is mounted in the centre of the car for maximum safety. Are the joys of owning a car that was engineered by someone with brains. The best way to blow a car simply is get a fuel drenched rag and lower it into the fuel tank (that would work too well on mine either). Light her up then run :) |

You watch too much TV anarot That particular little stunt would get you killed =) The tank would blow up a just a *little* quicker than the time it takes you to find a minimum safe distance =P |

haha well f*** its not as if I have tried it or anything. If you dowsed the rag in diesel it would work cos it burns slow enough for you to run away. |

or you could fill a stubby up with leaded, and place under car, light it, place bottle top on, and run like your 100 meters from the nearest toliet, and its about to come out. |

auto burnouts in a v8 are a piece of piss cuz of all the f***en torque. although u can do them in auto v6's - its just that it would use more oil than your car uses :P |
