Basically a site where they post pictures of people from Bundaberg, add some pretty slanderous comments, and sometimes even their phone number, addresses, pictures of their house. Then it encourages you to make dodgy calls to child services and crimestoppers and make up s*** about these people.

Well done to whoever hacked the site.. well done hats off to you. Bundy Secrets was using whats called Joomla its like a blogging site. Now most advanced users would know that Joomla has many security issues. The hacker.. well i wouldnt even call it a hacker.. u just got to google how to do it.

It took this long which i find really funny. What does this mean? We will be back better then ever with the help of advanced coders and people that will make the future site 'un-hackable' We knew eventualy someone would find the hole in joomla to access the site.

So stay tuned we will be back. Stronger and better then ever ;)

Good news: * Bundy Secrets was backed up so all the stories are coming back.. Well most of them as the older ones we see no point on wasteing hosting space on

*Any one that did join on the site all your infomation is safe.

*The 'Hackers' IP address was recorded and we will be returning the favour to him very soon ;)

*Site has to be start from scratch, but were going with a different approach and that will be announced soon. Were waiting on Databases to be setup and adding security measures so this dosnt happen again.

Bundy Secrets has been blamed on me and my partner here in Bundaberg.. Along with other people but no one really knows who it is. Myself and my partner was both slandered on the site and we were so shocked as you could i mange and we had to basically beg the owner to take us down as the Bundaberg police was pretty much like not our problem.. I mean WTF?

Anyway thought that we would share our pain already from that website.

Any action would likely need to be backed by a court order, and you'd have buckley's if it is hosted overseas - and it could be moved overseas anyway.

i find it some what amusing that you are all so eagar to whinge about the site. yet if you go on the site look at the hits the site gets. people whinge about it so much on social networking groups yet in 2 days one story has 400 hits? so obviously ppl cant hate it that much. we are morally ment to be outraged that things like this can be on the net. but its just like real life rumours. they come and go and they fade away. i agree that putting numbers on the site are a bit bad but as a whole you cant really blame the creator. even tho yes they did start it whoever it is didnt and doesnt force all those people to go onto it do they. the general public do it all on there own they post the stories they check bk. whoever created it isnt keeping the site alive the veiwers are. cause lets face it people as a majority love to gossip.

1) When someone hacked the site, the same guy rebuilt it. He did keep the site alive, after some tricky viewer took it down.
