Guys I thought I might ask for a bit of assistance trying to troubleshoot this weird problem.

Have a user, who is running a blackberry bold through BES 4.1.6.9, and some emails are being delivered to handheld but not desktop (Outlook/OWA). Easiest example that comes to mind is documents scanned from the Konica (internal) to this particular user.

There is no client side spam scanners, all email scanning is done through a completely different external server (ironport).

I am at a complete loss and could use some fresh minds

They're definitely not removing them from the handheld
As in they're still on the handheld but not in the outlook inbox?

There's an option in the phone. Can't tell you where it is but I know it's there. I had one last year.
