It's two identical MS sites - one US one and one Polish one. Except in the Polish one they GIMPed in a white guy's head.

There are no black people in Poland, that's why, it's completely out of place and it will be the first thing people notice - and they will laugh because it's obviously a stock photo, not a Polish office. No black guy decides to himself "I'll move to the Poland" - doesn't happen. Half of Poland's jokes are about how ludicrous America's equal oppurtunity is because clearly black people are not white - for example there are jokes about American spies, trained to imitate Europeans, looking ridiculously obvious because they are actually black. My parents grew up in Poland, and the schools actually paid a black guy from Mozambique to come to Poland and do a bit of a tour and wow the kids with his blackness.

the edges are very pixelated.

Those are awesome, except for number 6, where I think they've forgotten that light reflects at right angles...

so what, its advertising to their demographic. if black people make up less than %33 of the population (1 out of 3) then they are accuratly representing the market.
