In the episode of Law and Order where Robin Williams was a pedo or something, they actually explained that the CSI technology to analyze images uses a lot of guess work, and that there is no evidence the pedo was Robin Williams - just that the CSI's unblur algorithm happened to generate a face that looked like Robin Williams'. I think his whole defense was based around that the CSI imaging technology basically just makes s*** up.

law and order does have a bit of this dumb s*** in it still though, but nowhere near as blatant as the above videos

I feel so inadequate at my job after seeing those videos. :( My text based scripts just don't have the leetness of a GUI made in VB.

I'm interested in upgrading my twenty eight point eight kilobaud internet connection to a one point five megabit fibre-optic T-1 line. Will you be able to provide an IP router that's compatable with my token ring ethernet LAN configuration?

Sorry viper, your front side bus doesn't support enough level 1 cache to allow your ipx packets to be routed correctly through the pci bus. You'll have to upgrade to a Cyrix processor with double the throughput of a pentium at 54 gigaquads per second.

That's gold. I wish I could do such leet stuff with VB. My clearance level doesn't let me into the right Access database though.

Dynamite: The comic book guy says it to Homer in the episode where Homer tries to start an internet company. The gem "The internet's on computers these days!" is also from that episode.

I find most of the computer-related stuff in Big Bang Theory is usually pretty good, can't really remember any times where I cringed.

Trying to find the Superman III scene where Richard Pryor is an idiot savant programmer. He's never seen a computer before, but he has a magic touch that can make the computer do what he wants, despite not understanding anything about it.
