Well I decided to buy my wife an Apple Iphone (first time an Apple product ever entered my haus :P)

Why do i have to create an Itunes account?
Why do i have to give them my credit card details?
Why the hell is there not a "sim card changer tool" within the packaging?

This is before I even get to start using the stupid thing.. not happy Jan!

Why do you need an iTunes Account? You shouldn't need one unless you want to buy stuff off the store like apps and music.

The tool came with my phone when I got it.. You don't need a credit card to make an itunes account, just an itunes voucher card and you can use that code to make an account.

Can't you just say "no" to putting in your CC details straight up? I remember making an account once and I just told it to gtfo and make me an account and I put my details in down the track.

I got my sim card tool in my box.....look properley it comes with it. Also you don't have to register an iTunes account. I activated mine last Saturday and didn't register s***. I just clicked cancel. Also posting this from my iPhone. I hate mac pax but nothing beats this phone on the market.
