There was, in the live action TV series called the next mutation. It was like a cross between the turtles and power rangers.

Tspec is correct - her name was Venus de Milo.

One of the creators (Eastman and Laird) disavowed her existence and the other thought it was fine. Can't recall who was who. I'm sure Wikipedia will have all the answers..

Can't for the life of me understand the need for another live action movie.

Haven't seen TMNT3 in a loonnngg time, on account of how s*** it was but pretty sure there wasn't a female turtle in that movie. If you watch the Angry Video Game Nerd's Part1 and Part2 review of the TMNT3 movie (which is well worth watching if you haven't seen it), he doesn't mention a female turtle and I'm sure he would have if there was.

Yeah there was a female turtle, but just ignore that fact. There will only ever be 2 TMNT movies to me.
