Hey guys my bro has Bigpond cable in Coorparoo. The modem is logged onto the network etc. But he can't access any web sites. Anyone else having problems with their bigpond cable?

f*** me finally got it working. i use a router so earlier i tried connecting the modem directly to the pc but net still wouldnt work. just tried it again 2 mins ago and now it f***ing works. will plug it into the router again and if it doesnt work it means my router is busted :(
