The job is essentially level 1/2 support to internal customers through phone, email, face to face support etc. We don't take a high volume of calls so you wouldn't be sitting on the phones all day.

The company is undergoing some pretty steady growth at the moment and we've got some great initiatives happening which the successful candidate would be a part of. Such as - SCCM deployment including a revision of the SOE and Application packaging processes etc, implementation of a new Service Delivery Tool (probably service-now), major upgrades to network and server infrastructure - roll out of Exchange 2007, MOM etc. At the moment the direct team is about 4 people in Brisbane + another 4 scattered over the globe - Santiago, Beijing, Perth and Townsville.

The planned growth for the company over the next 3-5 years means that the right candidate could grow quite quickly within the company so there's always room for promotions etc.

If you've got any other specific questions then let me know, although I won't list salary publically on the forum as it's dependent on the experience of the candidate.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say 40-50k depending on experience.

ahh good old sedgman have they figured out how do design a stacker conveyor that wont fall over 2months after it commisioning
