When I was working there (1-2~ years ago) they used to pride themself on having no Indian call centres. Whenever my girlfriend rings (last 2-3 months) she gets Indians. Did a heap migrate out to work here or did they finally sell out?

my mum works for a company that takes bigponds calls. She pretty much gives free stuff to anyone, since she hates bigpond, lol.

Were I work, there is a comms room right next to a water purification room, with a door in between. Bags not being at work when that goes wrong.
