I can confirm this. It was his favourite shirt for a while around 2001/2002.

Saw a guy with one of those in the Chalk a few weeks ago.
Didn't really seem to matter what the music was doing, too much back round noise I guess.

It was a cool shirt but it didn't work too well if you were in a really loud club. If it's too loud the equalizer thingy maxes out and doesn't move plus there was the battery issue as well. Wasn't the best having two AAA batteries dangling around inside the shirt but maybe the power design has changed since then.

Glow shoes were where it was at back then.
