Defying Physics
$305,000
INGLEWOOD
Doc: "This is amazing Marty! The tenant at the property has actually broken Archimedes' principle!!! You really can fit more mass into a space than should be possible"!

Marty: "But Doc, why would I want a property with this much stuff in it?"

Doc: "That's exactly it my boy!! Look at how much room there is here! 64m internally shouldn't appear this large! Look, it has its own separate internal laundry, built in robe and separate living areas, this is phenomenal!!!"

Marty: "So could I rent it out Doc?"

Doc: "It already is for $240 per week. Plus the tenant is on a periodic tenancy so you could even move right in and park the Delorean out in the undercover car bay!"

Marty: "This isn't one of those jumbo condo living apartments like I saw in 2015 is it?"

Doc: "Absolutely no way, my boy! In fact there are only 6 in the complex!"

So you'd better call the agent now before someone else does and we have to go back in time to get it!!!

Probably not hacked... more likely to be an ...enterprising real estate agent trying to figure out how the f*** he can market a place where the current tenants are ...scary.

I've passed this on to all our real estate clients... All the Australian ones think it's hilarious... all the US ones think that it's "an odd way to market a house".

I doubt it was hacked, and I'd say their plan is working.

If it was hacked, it'd say no asians.

Also, isn't archimedies principle the thing about boats displacing a mass of water equivalent to their mass. Or some s***.

reminds me of an ad I saw years ago and everyone in the car was like 'wtf is that for, and we all talked about for 5 minutes and someone said 'well that was stupid' .. then I said well, not really because we were all just talking about it for 5 minutes'

Archimedes Principle

This web site is based on Archimedes Principle. This site is presented to you by;Kelsey Norring, Lydia-Jean MacKay, Kaila Doiron & Gabriel Gamauf.

Introduction.

There is an amusing story about a Greek mathimatician and physicts named Archimedes. He was born in the town of Syrancuse, on the island of Sicily, in about 287 BC. Hiero II, the ruler of Syracuse, had a fantastic crown of gold made for him-self. But Hiero did not trust the goldsmith who made the crown. After it was made he wanted to make sure it was pure gold, and not alloyed (mixed) with silver by the goldsmith. Hiero asked Archimedes to find out with-out destroying the beautiful crown. At first Archimeds was confused by the problem. Then one day while he was at the bath, he had noticed that the water level rose as he got in. When he got out the water level went down. Instanly he realized how to solve the kings problem.

He was so excited that he ran home naked through the streets of syrancuse shouting "Eureka, Eureka" which is Greek for "I have found it."

What is the Archemedes Principal? Here is an explaination, which we hope will help you out in anwsering that very question!

Because a liquid has a certain weight to it, it exerts pressure on the sides of the container it's in, as we add objects to the container of water, they must make room for themselves, which envolves the pushing away and therefore moving of water.

As this water is moving around, it is pushing against the sides of the container, and because the container is strong enough to keep it's form while objects are being placed inside it, The water level that we see by looking at the container rises.

The Archemedes principal is present not just in scientific experiments, but in our everyday lives as well, when we step into the bathtub, when we add ice to our drink, and even when we add carrots to a pot of boiling water.

Interesting Facts

The buoyant force completely offsets the weight of a book. The buoyant force on an object floating in the water is equal to the weight of the water displaced on it. Sinkers also displace water. Before people understood buoyant force they built their boats of wood but it does float easily. When anything floats, a buoyant force is acting on it.

I agree. Kind of like all the IT ads employers make thinking they're hilarious.

Apparently a very good way of getting a sign noticed is to put an obvious spelling mistake in it.
