A cop in Wichita, Kansas told off some guy for having a loud car radio. The guy was not happy about this, so he decided to drive into City Hall and stick it to the man!

I'm more impressed that someone captured a youtube video to post to youtube.

That was pretty funny but really silly because he could've easily killed someone walking through the building. It always as if it was staged to miss people.

Towards the end, where they show the guys walking out of what looks like stairs/fire exit and down the hall, he must've been pretty damn close to hitting them.

If you look at the timestamps there is actually a few minutes that they've taken out between the people and car scenes. I'm thinking those people would have heard the noise and thought, it's on like donkey kong and legged it.

ItsMe is correct, this video was probably made by the prosecution, and they have spliced it together to look like a lot of 'near misses' happened, but this is misleading.

Or, more likely, it was Friday afternoon and they were on a long pub lunch.

Hilarious! Was like a movie where you are just waiting for the joke and BAM! Here comes the car...again. How many doors did that guy smash through? I was expecting something like he rammed the front doors and game over but he really excelled himself.
