Sweet. In the future we'll be able to read the news on the computer! I can't wait to get my new 8086 IBM XT! I'm going to sign up to Electronic Examiner for sure.

No pictures or pages you can turn. Takes 2 hours to download. No one will ever buy into this.

We predict they'll invent whats called a log. A log in this web. Where people can log there lives onto this web network thing. Web log.. weblog. Blog. BLOG!

No way, that would require more than 640kB of memory and everyone knows that noone will ever need more than 640kB of memory.

Nope, Bill Gates suggested that we'll never need more than 640Kb of RAM.

the funny thing is the community will report the actual news and newspapers/journalists will report on new facebook groups and funny YouTube videos that you just have to see

yeah it's just not as good as getting the real newspaper; getting all the ads and special deals; flicking through the classifieds and property section; the lift outs.

There's so many awesome things about how a real newspaper is put together.

I'd love to watch the slowly scrolling version of the newspaper in its entirety for a couple of hours each morning!

Actually, Bill denies having ever said that. As far as I know, there's not actually any proof he ever did.

i collect those free mx papers in the days leading up to a camping trip so i have something to start my fire with
i have no objection to the paper etc but its pointless reading one on the train home, the news is already hours older than anything i've read that day

Shouldn't even read that particular paper - rather, magazine. Further proof that all people are stupid, when they can sell that magazine in such quantities.

Yeah, I knew this before I wrote the quote, but whatever, still funny and believeable.

Reckon they'd be able to do the same with video one day? I mean reading the news is pretty cool, but I'd rather see a two girls eating s*** out of a cup.
