AMERICAN TEEN follows the lives of five teenagers - a jock, a popular girl, a heartthrob, an artsy girl and a geek - in one small town in Indiana through their senior year of high school. We see the insecurities, the cliques, the jealousies, the first loves and heartbreaks, and the struggle to make profound decisions about the future.

Although this is corny in parts it's one of those doco's that you can't stop watching. I can only assume a lot of it was staged but it was still a great watch and beats most of the crap that gets released these days. Not sure when it gets released out here but I was lucky enough to see an advanced screening.

'Advanced screening' - is that the term the kids are using for Torrents these days? :-P

I think is this already on / about to finish at Cineplex.
