Has anybody else here who has Left 4 Dead found that they're just not getting some of the achievements? I have completed the first 3 scenarios (in one sitting, and I got on the escape vehicle each time) yet I have not been awarded the appropriate achievements. Did I miss something, or is it buggy like that?

Worked for me too. You need to be there for the entire game, from the lobby - I don't think you get it from half way through.
