Anybody else having net connection issues at the moment? I'm with TPG and live in Greenslopes, and my net has dropped out about 3 times. Anybody else in the area or with TPG having problems?

I'm on tpg, obviously not in the same area but no net probs here.

Mine's fine. It's probably from the storms?

Yeah that's what I figure. It's running all slow now too. The net comes and goes. At least he power stays on.

I'm on TPG and I noticed it was going hella-slow/dropping out here and there yesterday.

With Oz online in Gailes and mines been dropping out/slow speeds for the past 4/5 days and I'm not capped :(

3 drop outs in bad weather like that should hardly be unexpected. Telstra's lines (especially in older areas like Greenslopes) are starting to break down a bit and can be affected by the weather.

Check for a voice quality fault. If found, contact Telstra directly.

If no voice fault is found (eg. no static, crackle etc.) see how it goes and contact TPG if your symptoms persist.
