I just upgrade my TV to a 50" Full HD Panasonic Plasma and have been tinkering with my media centre pc. I came across this app for showing weather forcasts inside Vista Media Centre and it rocks. Big Screen Weather 2 is awesome. It gets its feed from the BOM so its got all the latest and greatest weather info for AUS, you can even view the radars. The only catch is that it costs $20 for 2 years. There are a few free ones out there but they generally pull their info from weather.com which is s***e for AUS.

If you have a media centre pc its worth the free 30 day trial at least.
